What to bring for your excursions?
Preparing your adventure is simple with this checklist:
- Sun protection and environment : the use of sunscreen (even biodegradable) is prohibited in natural parks and cenotes to protect the ecosystem. It's best to bring a lycra to protect yourself from the sun.
- Equipment and hydration : water is provided during our outings. Using an insulated bottle is a real plus for staying hydrated ecologically.
- Useful accessories : don't forget your towel, swimsuit and water shoes.

Are excursions suitable for children?+
Yes! Most of our excursions are family-friendly. We offer reduced rates for children and adapt the pace according to age. The whale shark excursion is accessible from 6 years old.
What is the group size for excursions?+
We favor small groups of 6 to 12 people maximum for an intimate, personalized experience. For larger groups, contact us for a private excursion.
Can I depart from Cancun or Tulum?+
Absolutely! We offer transfers from Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and Cancun. The departure point is flexible based on your accommodation.
What's included in the excursion price?+
Includes: round-trip transport, French-speaking guide, site entry fees, necessary equipment (mask, snorkel...), meals or snacks depending on the excursion, and water/cold drinks.
What's the best time to swim with whale sharks?+
Whale shark season runs from mid-June to mid-September, peaking in July-August. These gentle giants migrate to Isla Mujeres to feed on plankton.
Should I bring my own sunscreen?+
Chemical sunscreen is prohibited in cenotes and natural sites. We recommend a UV-protection shirt. If you use sunscreen, it must be 100% mineral and biodegradable.
